Agonizing back pain. I used to think that was something that only Grandmas could get. Then one morning I sneezed and as I was lying in agony on my dining room floor, I realized what acute low back pain was all about. Even though I had some previous minor low back problems while I was pregnant, occasional physiotherapy when I had time to fit it in around swimming lessons, grocery shopping and work got me by just fine. My back soreness would resolve quickly after only a few Physiotherapy treatments here at Capilano Rehab Centre. I would be feeling better and to be honest, I didn’t put much thought into my back until it would get sore again. I now long for the days when my back pain would resolve in such a short period of time.
