In a few days, Edmonton and Canada will welcome the world to the FIFA Women’s World Cup. From June 6-July 5, 2015, Edmonton will host 11 matches at Commonwealth Stadium and we will all cheer on Canadian Captain Christine Sinclair and her teammates. Go Canada Go! Girls’ soccer will be front and center for the next month and like other elite level sports, there unfortunately will also be many sprains and strains.
